"𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑰 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒎𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔?" It's a question on the minds of many candidates – and rightfully so! In today's world, companies need to define their way of working and one important element is flexibility, while prioritising adaptability. At GotPhoto.com | fotograf.de we agree! We operate in a flexible hybrid mode, meaning we have office locations for fostering collaboration and relationship-building within our team. However, we don't enforce a strict office policy. Instead, we empower our employees to choose where they can be most productive and to create rituals within their teams to benefit from our office locations. To create a joint experience and common understanding, we reserve office gatherings for specific work routines, such as planning cycles, feedback sessions, onboarding new team members, and collaborative workshops. These meetings provide guidance and transparency, ensuring everyone is aligned with our goals. Additionally, we offer a unique "workation" policy, allowing employees to work from different locations around the world for approximately two months. 🌴✈️ This opportunity provides valuable experiences and insights, as shared by Nora Hilliger, one of our team members. Who better to offer feedback than those who live and breathe our culture every day? 🌟 We couldn't agree more with Nora's words, and we're thrilled to see how our team takes advantage of these opportunities, all while ensuring we remain a cohesive unit and seamlessly integrate this aspect into our day-to-day operations. 💪 Ready to join us on this incredible journey? Keep an eye out for our latest career opportunities – we can't wait to welcome you to the team! 🚀 Our career page: https://lnkd.in/evDjGAv #HybridWork #Workations #TeamCulture #FlexibleWork #CareerOpportunities

❗️THIS IS A COMPANY BENEFIT❗️ Why? ➡️ working from a different country is not possible in every job or company ➡️ your employer might be taking risks to make working from a different country possible for you So here I am, on a beach in south of Spain, having dinner after a normal day of work. 🌊☀️🇪🇸 While I was working from Spain last week, here are a couple of things, that I considered: 💡Clear communication: I openly & clearly communicate my workation plans to my supervisor and team as early as possible (at least 4 weeks before) 💡 Workspace: I assess my workplace situation regarding wifi, table, chair & privacy before I leave for my workation. When travelling with the car I consider to take a 2nd screen with me 💡 Stay connected: I actively reach out to my colleagues and am ready to jump on a call whenever we need to talk while on workation 💡 Flexibility: Priorities and schedules can change unexpectedly and therefore I make sure to keep my workation plans as flexible as possible What are your tips to make this benefit a great one for everyone, the business, your team & yourself? 🧐 Thanks GotPhoto.com | fotograf.de for making this benefit possible! 💙
