We’re so excited to be working with The Push-Up Challenge again in 2025! Last year, over 42,000 people pushed for headspace, raising vital funds and awareness for youth mental health. This year, we’d love to double that impact! The best part? You don’t have to do just push-ups - you can choose any form of movement that works for you. Walk, squat, cycle, or even plank your way through the challenge. If you’re looking for a team-building activity that boosts mental health, physical wellbeing, and workplace connection, this is it! Here’s why your workplace should get involved: Encourages movement & wellbeing. Regular activity is great for stress relief and energy levels. Fosters team spirit. Rally your colleagues around a shared goal and cheer each other on. Raises awareness for youth mental health. Every push-up represents a life lost to suicide, sparking critical conversations. Flexible & inclusive. Any fitness level can join in with their own movement style. Supports a great cause. Funds raised help headspace support young people across Australia. Let’s push for better mental health together! Will your team take on the challenge? Reach out and we can help you get set up!
The Push-Up Challenge is back for 2025 and we’re so grateful to be a beneficiary again this year. This year’s goal is 3,214 push-ups between 4 and 26 June, representing the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024. Let’s work together to bring that number down. By taking on the challenge and choosing headspace as your charity, you’ll be strengthening our vital mental health services for young people and the family who support them. Taking on The Push-Up Challenge for Mental Health Awareness and Fundraising! Every year, millions of individuals worldwide grapple with mental health challenges, yet stigma and misconceptions often shroud these issues in silence. It's time to break that silence. It's time to spark conversations, foster empathy, and cultivate understanding. Together, we can chip away at the barriers that hinder access to support and resources for those in need. But I can't do it alone. I need your help. Your support, whether it's through donations, spreading the word, or joining me in this challenge, can make a world of difference. https://lnkd.in/g5jQ_Bx2

🧠 Advocating for Men's Mental Health: Join Us in Supporting WNOW 💙 As a passionate advocate for men's mental health, I’m proud to share the work I’m doing with WNOW - When No One's Watching. This incredible charity is dedicated to supporting mental wellbeing, breaking down the stigma around mental health, and providing resources for men in need around Australia and the World! Next Friday, I’ll be walking 60km to raise both awareness and funds for this important cause. Men's mental health has long been under-discussed, and it’s time to shine a light on the challenges men face in managing their mental health. Whether it’s societal pressure, isolation, or the stigma surrounding asking for help, it's crucial we start the conversation and create a supportive environment for everyone. This walk isn’t just about going the distance physically, but about going the distance to ensure that men know they’re not alone in their struggles. I’m asking for your support — not only through donations, but by spreading the message that it’s okay to not be okay, and that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. 💙 How You Can Help: - Donate to support WNOW's life-changing work through the below link 👇🏻 - Share this post to raise awareness about the importance of men's mental health. - Join the conversation and encourage the men in your life to seek support when needed and reach out for a chat with me. Together, we can make a real difference. Thank you for supporting this vital cause! 🙏 #mensmentalhealth #wellbeing #support

WEAR IT GREEN DAY!! 💚💚 Today is Wear It Green Day in the UK - bringing together the UK to focus on getting good mental health. Each May, millions of people from every part of society take part. We've invited all Mölnlycke Health Care UK employees to throw on their GREEN clothes and show their support for Mental Health Awareness. We're also using it as an opportunity to raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation charity, who have made it their mission to build a society with good mental health where everyone can thrive. If you think that everyone deserves to have great mental health and want to show your support, why not grab something GREEN, snap a photo and post your reply on this conversation thread with #mentalhealthawareness #wearitgreen
