The Agile manifesto is clear. To live the Agile values, teams should meet regularly. The purpose of the retrospective meeting is to evaluate how the last sprint, iteration, or work went. Focus on team dynamics, processes, and tools. In these meetings, we articulate and rank what went well and what didn’t. Then, we create and implement a plan to improve our work methods. The retrospective provides a safe space for introspection and adaptation. A supportive atmosphere is key to success. It encourages all team members to contribute.
