🚨 Roof inspection alert! 🚨 We headed out for a roof survey after some heavy rain caused a leak, but what we found on-site was WAY worse than expected! 😬 Cut Edge Corrosion had left the roof’s steel exposed and rusting. The gutters are deteriorating, filled with rust and even holes. Roof lights are fragile and degraded from years of UV exposure. We also noticed cracked roof sheets and redundant flues. Safe to say, we had a chat with the client and suggested a new roof might be the best move...
