I spent some time with FedEx Ground.  I was, first,  a package handler, loading thousands of packages,, rewardably accurate.  Then, I was  offered an operations admin position in the evenings.  I did VSA as an admin in the same  Vans I used to load thousands of packages into every morning as a pa.  After VSA, I would process, and flawlessly file all certifications for all hazmats, and I did the same process for international packages as well.  Every evening, my shift began with checking all voicemails, and resolving, solving and fixing any problems they had.  Doing my best to see to it that the appointment packages were out at proper locations on the right date.  No admins did any of these duties when I started in the office.

I absolutely regret having shipped with FEDEX. The only reason I chose the service was because of its speed. Not only did it take longer than expected, but I have been making a claim for incorrectly charged charges for 15 days and have not received a response. I contact the telephone service, they promise to respond and they don't. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I will never operate with FEDEX again and I will take it upon myself to recommend to everyone not to do so. THEY ARE A SHAME

What if fed ex shares some of those billion dollar profits with the employees and / or maintain the building / equipment better ? When new hires come in making as much as the veterans something’s wrong with this picture ! Adjust the veterans pay accordingly for their loyalty and continued employment especially since there is such a terrible turn over !

Operations Manager at FedEx Express

3w

Good morning, I hope this message finds this page well. Has there been any communications this new year on paying the operations managers more ? I’ve heard from many managing directors that the operation management job is the hardest position within FedEx express. I believe the hardest position should come with a salary that matches. Please message me with further details
