DOE boost is a regionally focused effort and compared to our national program, what we really saw was the opportunity of the cohort participants that were from the regions to really have a very strong connection to the community challenges. And so it drove them forward into what is a very challenging process and program while also just harnessing the best practices of our national studio model, the power of the collaboration of the ecosystem. Is just extraordinary utilizing all of the resources and and people that have been made available, coaches, just the the enormity of the support that we had has helped us answer every question that we've had to date. I'm primarily motivated by community, positive community impact. I want to wake up every morning to know that I'm doing something for the benefit of all. And therefore this project definitely aligned with that. The more of these conferences I go to and the more of these things I do. I'm always the only person in the room that looks like me. And so I wanted an opportunity to build something that that was a beacon for people to say, yeah, you can try something new. You can get into an industry that is, you know, completely foreign to you. Just been the time, spend the effort, learn about it and then be passionate about it and pursue it. So that's that's what got me in order for us to have the impact, we want to have a need to have. We need to include everybody in commercializing lab developed technologies. And so the focus of Boost is to do just that and to engage underrepresented and underserved entrepreneurs, communities, et cetera with the Department of Energy National Labs. I mean, one of the biggest things we talk about is you never know who you're going to talk to, who's going to introduce you to the next person or who's going to be the right person. Talk to him. Every conversation is an opportunity to learn a little bit more about a person, a little bit more about an industry, a little bit more about a technology and and really help you innovate towards that next thing that's really going to help you make it. If you've got any inkling of entrepreneurial spirit and this is where you should be, this is what you should do.

The talent pool has boomed in #Sweden Sweden has talents from all over the world, and regions benefit from these by setting up new startups. For example: ➡️ Enerpoly focuses on sustainable zinc-ion batteries, which are more sustainable and cost-effective alternatives to traditional lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries. Or ➡️ Cling Systems, a startup that has established a marketplace specifically for used electric vehicle (EV) batteries, focusing on enhancing battery circularity through its innovative platform. Eloisa de Castro, founder of Enerpoly, beautifully articulates the phenomenon of talent boom: "Having a much larger company in the same space that has done things first or earlier is invaluable.
