🌾 The Uttar Pradesh government has joined forces with the agriculture industry to support agri-startups and integrate #artificialintelligence (AI) into farming, aiming to enhance the rural economy and promote 'smart farming' practices. Additionally, the UP government is planning to host a global farmers’ summit, ‘Krishi Bharat,’ in November 2024 in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). 👩🌾 Farmers and agricultural experts from countries such as the US, Germany, Brazil, Italy, Poland, France, Spain, Indonesia, and Kenya will participate in this four-day mega event in Lucknow. The state intends to host the #farm summit on a scale similar to the UP Global Investors Summit (GIS) held in February 2023, which attracted over 19,000 investment proposals worth Rs 40 trillion from both domestic and multinational companies. Despite being a leading #agricultural producer, UP struggles with lower per hectare yields and inadequate food processing, leading to reduced farm incomes and higher wastage. 💁♂️ To address this, the state plans to send progressive #farmers abroad for knowledge sharing on best agricultural practices. It will also promote 'agri tourism' by organizing field visits for foreign delegations to acquaint them with local #farming practices and related activities. In UP, the net cropped area exceeds 20 million hectares, constituting nearly 85 percent of the state's total land area. UP leads in sugarcane and dairy production.

Telangana is a leader in India's horticulture sector, with a favorable climate, abundant water resources, and proactive government policies. in 2021-22, the state's agricultural exports, including horticultural crops were valued at ₹10,000 crore. Despite occupying only 7% of the total agricultural area, horticulture contributes a significant 34% to Telangana’s Agriculture Gross Value Output (GVO). With 12.94 lakh acres under cultivation, the state produces 61.64 lakh metric tonnes of crops annually, leading in the production of chilies, turmeric, mangoes, and vegetables. Key horticultural exports include mangoes, lemons, grapes, and various vegetables. It was the honor of Ganna Master 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 to organize the 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩 at 𝘚𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘨𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘪, 𝘒𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘥, 𝘉𝘦𝘭𝘨𝘢𝘶𝘮, 𝘒𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘢 yesterday. Around 350 #farmers attended the program, successfully planned by Akshay Akiwate and Bharat Akiwate, representatives of the Ganna Master #team. Remarkably, the entire event was organized in just four days. The overwhelming enthusiasm of the farmers was evident, and it suggests a promising future for sugarcane farming if such a large gathering can be organized in a small village. During the session, farmers were provided with detailed guidance on every aspect of sugarcane farming, starting from the planting stage. Due to recent rains, many sugarcane plantations are currently in the growth phase, but they are not developing properly. The session covered detailed strategies on how to manage and improve plantation growth. Notably, many farmers in the Shirguppi area achieved a yield of 100 Tonnes of Sugarcane per acre last year. These successful farmers were honored by Ganna Master Agro Industries during the event. Special congratulations to Akshay and Bharat for pulling off a successful event. The planning and execution were excellent, and a lunch was also organized for the attendees after the session. Overall, it can be said that a mini Seminar took place in Shirguppi. Agenor effectively controls Bakane disease, a major issue causing yield losses of 3% to 95% annually. By using Agenor, farmers can significantly improve their yields and maintain consistent quality at competitive prices.
