The best part about winter, very little (if any) ice is needed. So long your outside temp is below 45 or 50, you should be good to just jump in.

**Definition:** To *howl* when talking about the wind means to produce a loud, mournful, or wailing sound as it blows through or around objects, often due to high speed or turbulence.
