Recently, I had the pleasure of working with an occupational therapist who uses photographs extensively in their reports. While these photos are crucial for documenting progress, inserting them seamlessly can be a time-consuming and potentially disruptive process. I offered to streamline their workflow by taking over the task of inserting these photos into their reports. I ensured the photos are positioned strategically to enhance the flow of the text, rather than causing awkward interruptions and maintaining a consistent style for all photo insertions creates a professional and polished final product.
