Hey connections, It's time for the event again, But this time not as an exhibitor but as a knowledge seeker. I wanted to share my incredible experience in the India Warehousing Show held at Pragati Maidan Delhi. The lined-up stalls of new innovations were truly impressive, each stall provided valuable insights and inspiration towards new technology. I was particularly captivated by Mr. Harish an employee from Cognex Corporation, and his talk was so much provoking, He mentioned he attends all the exhibitions as they have so many relevant products to exhibit, and in the past 6 months they have released 8 new products, isn’t that so amazing!! They proved their growth in a single sentence. I was satisfied meeting such a good Competitive company representative. And I also met Mr.Vivek from Godamwale.com and we are buddies meeting at every event, we had a good valuable time discussing the Business potentials and opportunities. And a team from Tamil Nadu cheered me up as they spread the flavor of my comfort. All their expertise and passion shone through, leaving me with new perspectives and actionable takeaways that I can apply to my work. All the conversations were enriching and enjoyable I should mention that the networking opportunity was fantastic, I had the pleasure of connecting with professionals in relevant industries. Recognitions are the best motivator, Isn’t it?   "The Extra Mile Award" was my motivator recently I was happy to be honored with this award, and who doesn’t like hearing cherishing words about us from our managers, I was feeling great when I was recognized by my manager for my exceptional performance on opening a new business in new regions, closing many deals & also for being perseverant. Crossing this extra mile made me work on my maps to cross many more miles ahead.   Few things I crossed on my way reaching this mile are   ·        If there is a problem, there is a solution ·        Not all Clients are customers & not all customers are champions. ·        Always make sure you fix another call before you end the call. ·        Listening more helps than explaining more. ·        Don’t decide before decisions are made. ·        Offer win to win situation in a negotiation. ·        Trust is superior to solution in sales.   And many more to see in the upcoming miles, it is my sense of duty to mention my very talented colleagues Yuvaraj GanesanRahul SeshadriGANESH BALRAJArun NarayananGirie PrashathK RAM SUHAS ✔️Sankari VarmaSeetha LakshmiMuralidharan VAKASH HARINATH SINGH who are my companions on this upcoming journey.   I admire the leadership of Srikanth Mohan, which helped me to achieve my goals and excel in my roles, and feeling fortunate that he realised and recognized me.
