Methyl MQ silicone resin IOTA7080 (powder) MQ silicone resin is a kind of very unique siloxane, it is composed of four functional siloxane polycondensation chain (Q) and single functional siloxane chain (M).  The molar mass is 1000-8000, and the structure of M chain and Q chain in the molecular structure of determine the nature and application of silicone resin. Application: Surface treatment agent: as for silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, plastic mobile phone keys, epoxy adhesive surface bonding, etc. Tackifier: for sealant, silicone resin coating. Reinforcing filler: can be used in the manufacture of RTV glue, HTV glue, heat molding liquid silicone rubber, vulcanized rubber, semiconductor element, shell potting sealant LED. MDI pre polymers are cured wit 1-4 butane diol. you wii get 85, 90 and 95°A hardness. MDI SYSTEM 9B/1047. very hardhard series, like bone hardness 80 shore D. SPRAY SYSTEMS Two component, 100% solid spray system. No solvent. 1:1 ratio by volume. 9B/1480 - It is mid duty type spray elastomer, hardness 85°Shore A 5060 - It high duty type spray elastomer, hardness 85°A. DP/9A/387 - It is very high duty, very high impact resistance, 75 shoe D hard. Abression resistance, corrosion resistance, Thickness can be 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm.
