It was a great beginning to the Friday weekend ! The safety campaign with the people who matter !! We met with our Environment Solutions crew who plays a vital role in keeping the city clean and healthy. However, they also face many hazards and risks on the job, such as exposure to infectious materials, injuries from heavy equipment, traffic accidents, and stress. Therefore, it is important to promote a safety culture among the crew and provide them with adequate training, equipment, and support. The safety campaign for the waste management crew aims to raise awareness of the common hazards and how to prevent them, as well as to encourage the crew to report any incidents or concerns. The campaign consisted of posters , videos, and workshops that covers topics such as personal protective equipment, safe handling of waste, ergonomics, vehicle safety, and mental health. The campaign also features testimonials from the crew members on hazards at worksite, the related risks and how they have overcome them. The campaign will run for three months and will be evaluated by measuring the changes in safety attitudes, behaviors, and outcomes among the crew. #dulsco #safetyfirst #people #team #hse #healthsafety #culture
