Today is National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, a day to help stop HIV stigma and increase HIV prevention, testing, and treatment in Black communities. The 1980s were an era of glitz and glamour, but had harsh and discriminatory HIV laws lying beneath the surface. These laws still exist and affect people living with HIV today. By educating and raising awareness about the harm and dangers of current HIV laws, we can start to dismantle decades of discrimination and stigma. Join our fight: etaf.org/hivisnotacrime
