It's our first full-term collab with The University of Arizona BIO5 Institute! This fall, 2024-25 Udall Center Fellows Leslie Farland and Jessica Rainbow will study the work environment safety for childbearing female nurses and how the job environment and demands affect their return to work postpartum. It is Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Month, and we are proud to elevate AANHPIs who work to advance health equity and policy. Will you hold accountable those that oppose health equity, including associations, CMS, and Congress? When CMS mentions new plans for primary care, will you make them document how they plan to carve 50 billion out of the revenues of those doing best to actually support more than half enough primary care workforce - which is all that 50 billion supports for this population. No training design works for primary care increases of any type of training credential or initial for 2621 counties always behind, unless there is a commitment to 50 billion more to raise 50 per 100,000 to 90 and to change fewer and lesser delivery team members to most and best - a requirement for this population most complex, lowest in literacies, and most in need of best one on one care. Can you see your way to figuring out that graduate medical education is ineffective in distributing workforce or building primary care since distribution and primary care are both in freefall in US MD schools?
