Especially when paired with high-quality chatbots, they can enable interactions that feel completely human. These days, false information can be spread through images and videos. The advancement in technology has increasingly made it difficult to tell whether or not they are false. Luckily, you can use tools such as Tineye and Google to verify the authenticity of an image or video. #MatterOfFact

Patents for digital use cases Digital companies are now trying to make their increasingly specialised digital offerings exclusive for their customers through patents. The Intellectual Property Office UK says that the first patent application has been successfully filed on its new #digital One IPO service during private beta before launch early next year - it has also introduced an #AI powered patent allocation tool for internal use. Both are part of a broader One IPO #Transformation Programme, which is intended to provide a single integrated service for managing all UK IP rights. Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology Peter Kyle said: “The IPO’s new service is an embodiment of our vision to transform how we deliver slicker and quicker digital services to the British public... The One IPO system will make it easier for users to bring their new innovations to market.
