Helping restaurants attract 50 new customers per month, and ensuring that they come back again and again. No more empty tables! 😊
⚽ Looking for somewhere to watch the #CommunityShield tomorrow that has real craft beer 🍻 and great food? When I'm looking for the perfect place to watch the football, I have 3 non-negotiables: 1. Must have real craft beer (not masquerading big-brewery-owned brands as 'craft' - you know who you are!!) 2. Must have delicious food. 3. Must have a friendly atmosphere and enough screens that you can always get a good view. Believe it or not, those three things together are very hard to come by in London. But allow me to recommend the Firefly Bar and Kitchen in Balham. Barely a minute's walk from Balham station, Firefly has a really welcoming atmosphere, a range of true craft beers and delicious Thai food. With multiple screens, getting a good view is never a problem. The only negative is that every time I go there, my team seems to lose... I guess you cant have everything! Do you have any recommendations for a craft beer-loving footy fan looking for a great spot to watch the game in London? #football #craftbeer #restaurants

Here's some terminology for your tales 📚🍺 Ever heard of EBC? It's short for European Brewery Convention, a neat tool brewers use to measure beer colour. Low values mean lighter hues, like crisp pale ales, while higher values bring out the dark, rich tones of stouts and porters. These are the EBC’s for our tales: 🟢 Tale No. 5 | Farmhouse Ale - 8 EBC 🔴 Tale No. 6 | Hibiscus IPA - 10 EBC 🟡 Tale No. 7 | Ginger Triple - 9 EBC ⚫ Tale No. 8 | Cocoa Stout - 164 EBC Do you prefer light or dark beer? Let us know in the comments! #talebeer #EBC #beerfacts #beerknowledge #beerterminology #craftale #craftbeer #europeanbreweryconvention

This is the third iteration of El Cap and by far its our best.....and I'm not just saying it, here's why: • the water profile has been really dialed in on this one, it's a pretty 'clean' profile but has been further tweaked to enhance bitterness. • malt additions have been the biggest changes (relatively speaking) as we moved away from Crystal Malt to Simpsons Malt Limited Premium English Caramalt, a small change tbh, but has helped remove a cloying sweetness we found in the previous batch. Resulting in a much better balance of malt and bitterness. • obviously hop products (thank you BarthHaas UK X) have played a massive role too. From Flex and pellets to Incognito and Tetrahop, these have delivered on giving us a tailored bitterness and a real round, almost sweet aroma that we are loving. Ultimately, we are confident you'll love El Cap too, it's both imposing (like El Cap itself) and surprisingly balanced and pintable.
🍂 El Capitan is our cherished, seasonal West Coast IPA, the perfect autumnal pint. It brings that typically big hop aroma, pineyness and bitterness you know and love, but also a great comfort in its malt character and strength. Using only the finest malts available, both Golden Promise and Premium English Caramalt from Simpsons Malt Limited and an array of industry leading hop products from BarthHaas UK X (Simcoe T90, Amarillo BBC, Centennial BBC, Cascade T90, Chinook Incognito) to deliver a smacking level of flavour and aromas. Available right now to trade, drop us a line if you want this exceptionally beer. #brewing #easydrinkingbeer #craftbeer #beer #ipa #wcipa #westcoast #westcoastipa #craftbeerlover #craftbeercommunity #craftbeerdrinker #craftbeerpics #newbeer #craftbeerlife
