The sheer range of products, pricing, promotions, placements, and perceptions can be overwhelming, making it hard to choose. But how do brands consistently stay ahead, drive growth, and build strong customer connections? I’m elated to share that I’ve started a new position as Territory Manager with Ferrero! 🌟 Reflecting on my past, I wasn’t the best student, often doing just enough to get by. However, 2023 marked a turning point as I embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery. Facing personal challenges, I chose to grow and align my actions with the change I wanted to see in myself. Through introspection and self-education, I learned that thoughts shape actions, actions form behavior, and behavior builds habits that create your character. This journey helped me transform from someone quick to anger into someone who practices emotional regulation and embraces challenges. I’ve learned to be kinder to myself and others, finding calm through meditation, journaling, and healthy habits. This growth has been crucial for both my personal and professional development. I’m pleased that Ferrero recognized my mindset and values, and the composure I developed was instrumental during the interview process. One week in, I’m already falling in love with the job. I’m thrilled to learn from the team and am committed to excelling in my new role. I’m grateful for this big opportunity and the support from those around me. When I first joined Reckitt as a graduate trainee, I was told that the Directors and General Manager expected me to challenge them, and I should expect to be part of debate & discussion. I like to walk around the office chatting to people, learning about their lives, what they’re working on, how I can support them. Exciting news to share with my network! As I bid farewell to nearly 17 years at Nestlé, I am embarking on a new journey at the beginning of this year with two projects that align perfectly with my expertise and passion. 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 Firstly, building of my experience at Nestlé headquarters, I will be coaching organizations in the strategic art of 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀. This approach is designed to help these organizations not only weather the uncertainties of today's business landscape but also prepare proactively for various possible futures.
