Taking a moment from our NYC family vacation to share a surreal experience - seeing the Ferretti Search name lit up in Times Square! Here’s to you team – we have so much to be proud of entering into the second half of 2024! While this is a definite highlight, the most rewarding part is having my kids by my side to witness this moment. They've been with me on this journey from the start, hearing stories about Ferretti Search, work ethic, and building a successful career. Some might say "leave work at work," but I'm passionate about what we do at Ferretti Search, and I hope that passion inspires them. My goal is to show them the value of hard work and dedication, but even more importantly, the joy that comes from finding your purpose, whatever that might be. My daughter is about to embark on her teaching career, and my son will soon be heading to college - interview prep sessions might be coming soon! I have no doubt they'll continue to make me proud.
