Honestly, being a start-up entrepreneur myself, I can vouch for one thing; Wait until this happens to you as a founder. Building the right working attitude is extremely important especially in the beginning since it determines your team building process and create the right environment in your venture. Some can call his move ballsy and bold but honestly, once you have employees, the attrition rate and getting them to stick with you across your entrepreneurial journey will be tough. What do you think? #entrepreneurship #startup #startupindia #trending
Karthik Sridharan, founder of Bengaluru-based tech company Flexiple, was surprised when an intern quit after his AI startup received funding. The intern, who had a meeting with a VC, claimed he didn't need the internship due to the funding. Sridharan questioned the intern's decision, which was met with mixed reactions. Some users criticized the intern's tone, while others praised the Bengaluru moment and the Bengaluru version of Silicon Valley, suggesting it could be a great addition to the pilot episode. #startup #bengaluru

MEET PAKISTANI TALENT ZAIN UL ABEDIEN In the energetic halls of the National University of Sciences and Technology, a new wave of innovators is making a mark. One standout is Zain Ul Abedien, a 2021 graduate of SEECS, whose startup Vyro.ai is turning heads globally with its groundbreaking technology. The journey of Zain began in 2019. During his third semester, he took a bold step by leaving his internships to focus entirely on Vyro.ai, an app development startup. His vision and determination set the stage for a remarkable journey. Startup is never easy. Zain faced many hurdles, but his belief in working hard and staying focused kept him going. No one knows everything; you just need to keep pushing in your own way, he says. This mindset helped him navigate the early days of startup. Vyro.ai quickly gained traction. Based at NSTP, the startup achieved major milestones, including the success of Imagine.art, an app that remains one of the top-grossing in the art and design category on Android worldwide. Today, Vyro.ai is valued at $200 million, employs 130 people, and has 10 million active users globally.

CTO Transforming Ideas into Scalable Software & AI Solutions | Expert in App Development & Artificial Intelligence!
Only in Bengaluru: The Intern’s Epic Exit! 😂 In Bengaluru, the city where innovation and startups thrive, even interns have their own entrepreneurial stories. Recently, a boss asked an intern about an unexpected leave, and the reply was legendary: "Hey, sorry I took a leave because I had a meeting with a VC. My AI startup got funded. I don’t need the internship anymore." Only in Bengaluru would an intern skip work for a VC meeting, secure funding, and casually drop the internship! 🚀 #StartupCulture #Bengaluru #OnlyInIndia #Entrepreneurship #VCFunding

🌟 Exciting Internship Experience with Italian Angels for Growth (IAG) 🌟 I am delighted to share my recent journey as an intern, collaborating with Italian Angels for Growth (IAG) for my project work. This experience has been incredibly enriching, providing valuable insights into the world of startups and the factors influencing their success. 📚 Project Work Overview: My project, titled "Come diventare un unicorno," explores the dynamics of startups by analyzing three companies funded by IAG, each with different outcomes—success, survival, and failure. The goal was to identify the key factors that contribute to a startup reaching a valuation of $1 billion. 🔍 Key Findings: Success Factors: The project identifies crucial criteria used by business angels to evaluate startups, such as team composition, market potential, business model, product innovation, intellectual property defense, and scalability. Startup Analysis: The analysis included detailed case studies of three startups—Winegrid, ProxToMe, and 1000Farmacie. Each case study highlighted different aspects of startup development and performance. Winegrid: Focused on innovative IoT solutions for winemaking but struggled due to intense competition and challenges in market penetration. ProxToMe: Aimed to revolutionize digital content sharing via Bluetooth and cloud technology, yet faced difficulties due to high competition and insufficient market appeal. 1000Farmacie: Successfully adapted an established European business model to the Italian market, emphasizing customer focus and leveraging network effects. 💡 Learning Outcomes: This project underscored the importance of lean thinking, customer-centric approaches, and the ability to adapt business models to local markets. It also highlighted the significance of a proactive mindset and the ability to seize unexpected opportunities. I am deeply grateful for the support and guidance of my academic tutor, Prof. Lucia Tajoli, and my business mentor, Ing. Alberto Stuflesser. Their insights were invaluable in navigating the complexities of this research. This internship has not only deepened my understanding of the startup ecosystem but also fueled my passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. I am excited to apply these learnings in future endeavors and contribute to the growth of the startup community. #internship #startup #innovation #entrepreneurship #leanthinking #IAG #businessgrowth #unicornstartups

Journey of a non techie tech founder Had the incredible opportunity to attend the session on IDEAS & INNOVATION session hosted by Scaler School of Technology ‘s Young Innovator Internship Programme . And It was awesome learning from another non techie tech founder and entrepreneur like myself Yash Dandavate This event was a game-changer for me as a student tech entrepreneur, providing me with invaluable insights and practical tools to navigate the entrepreneurial landscape. Here are some key takeaways from the session: Design Thinking: The Nexus: We explored the core principles of design thinking, which has broadened my perspective on problem-solving and innovation. This approach is crucial for developing user-centric solutions in my startup journey. Notion: The Creative Symphony: Learning to use Notion effectively has been a revelation. It’s a powerful tool for organizing ideas, managing projects, and fostering creativity. This session has equipped me with the skills to streamline my workflow and enhance productivity. Odyssey Research Insights: The insights on user research were particularly enlightening. Understanding how to gather and analyze user data is essential for creating products that truly meet market needs. Empower Program: A Framework for Modern Entrepreneurship: This framework provided a comprehensive guide to modern entrepreneurship, covering everything from empathy in design to strategic planning. It’s a robust toolkit that I can apply directly to my startup endeavors. This is one of the most insightful internships I’ve ever took part in , feel free to check out my other post where I shared my experience and learnings from Scaler School of Technology ‘s Young Innovator Internship Programme . https://lnkd.in/gCipNyDg https://lnkd.in/gsxB-p_j https://lnkd.in/gpxzUaiY

This summer, Opportunity Machine launched a new program, the Emerging Tech Internship Program, connecting UL Lafayette computer science students with local startups to fuel innovation and product development. 🖥️🚀 “A lot of times, early-stage tech startups face a catch-22: They need talent to build their product, but they lack the resources needed to acquire that talent early on. Students face a similar dilemma — they need experience to land a job, but they need a job to gain that experience. This program was our way of bridging that gap, providing a solution for both startups and students.” Read the full story from The Advocate here 👉 https://loom.ly/ndsQa4E
