If you want to level up your skills, don't always go where it's smooth sailing. Get uncomfortable. When building out your own skills, test yourself against people who have stronger skills than you. It's where you can learn. Could be presentation skills, negotiation, public speaking, SEO, pricing, AI, cybersecurity, you name it. Get into a room where you can thrive and learn. I continue to do this again and again. It helps me focus on areas of development so I can continue to grow. And ultimately, be much more dangerous and effective with my career and my clients. Athletes work everyday on developing their skills. Don't wait for your company to tell you...that you should do the same.
