Here are some key insights I’ve picked up: 🌐 Understanding Local Contexts: Every region has its own nuances. Taking the time to understand a client’s specific challenges and opportunities—be it in Nairobi, Lagos, or Cape Town—helps us build trust and deliver real value. 💬 Personal Connection Matters: In many African markets, personal connection is everything. People want to work with those they know and trust.
