The FFTweldtec Mobile TipChanger (MTC) enables the automatic and time-optimised changing of electrode tips on stationary welding guns. The combination of compact design and low weight for mounting directly on the robot or integrated and mounted on an existing gripper guarantees minimum space requirements. The FFTweldtec MTC can be integrated and put into operation in a very short time thanks to the simple programming and filling of the magazine via quick-change cap rails and subsequently optimises the welding process considerably.
