Welcoming in 2023 and the energy of A L I G N M E N T… Celebrating the energy of a new year with you! As we usher in new possibilities, I’m guided to ask… How do you most want to feel this year? Through my years of experience with Joy, what I know to be true is it’s different for everyone. I believe that Joy is alignment with how you most want to feel. This year I’d love to invite in a new approach… Rather than writing out New Year's Resolutions, what if you were to approach this year differently? If you are ready for a new way and want to really take things to the next (deeper) level this year, carve out space to work through the prompts below and raise your vibration in a practical and Joyful way! ⭐What are you celebrating from last year? ⭐What opportunities for growth (disguised as challenges) did you encounter? What did you learn? ⭐What are you most grateful for? ⭐What is ready to fall away? ⭐What do you want to take forward with you? ⭐What do you most desire to experience in 2024? ⭐What is one word to anchor it in? ⭐What inspired actions will create momentum toward it? ⭐What does it look like to TRUST more? Rather than the new year/new you mentality I like to think of the new year as an opportunity to pause, reflect and recommit. This new year brings new ways of doing things with more ease and flow. Honour the wisdom you’ve gained, commit to taking inspired action and experience real life magic! You’re at the edge of a new year and you get to decide how you want to show up. ♛ Executive Leadership ► People, Technology, and Solutions -- Operations Management | Sales Enablement | Software Designs | Agile Oversight
Happy Saturday and Welcome back to the WEEKLY WRAP! What a fantastic week it has been!😄 Here are just a few of the many reasons I am smiling as I reflect on this week: 1) Collaboration - Over the course of this week, we had a variety of calls as we always do. However, what stood out this week was the powerful levels of collaboration and colleagues partnering with others for the greater good of the organization. Folks are stepping outside their comfort zone and the powerful results are colleagues are growing and we are winning! This collaboration is not just across Sales and Success, but we are truly firing on all cylinders with our Marketing, Editorial and Platform colleagues as well! 2) Colleague Growth and Promotion - When I first joined Wiley, I hired the one and only Marielle (Zibman) Bryant as a Digital Learning Executive. For those who are lucky enough to know Marielle, know she is always goes above and beyond for her internal colleagues/friends, but she always puts her faculty front and center of everything she does! Clearly, I am a huge fan and this ROCKSTAR definatey goes down in the books as one of my best hires during my career! 😄 I am beyond thrilled to celebrate Marielle (Zibman) Bryant in this next chapter as we promoted her this week to our Northeast Affordable Solutions Manager. I can not wait to continue to partner with her and help her shine bright in this organization as she continues to grow in this next chapter. 3) Gratitude - There are so many things to be thankful right now at Wiley, but I want to take this opportunity to thank from the bottom of my heart the one and only Karen Kovert. While it is not yet Administrative Assistant Day, Karen is so much more than as Admin for us at Wiley. She goes above and beyond for so many and she helps keep me on track with my long list of priorities as we bring in the fiscal year. Karen deeply cares about our success and we would be lost without her! Karen you are so much more than an Admin and I realize how lucky I am to have you here on a daily basis. We make a great team and thank you for all you do! #wiley #grateful #leadership #growthmindset #grit #weeklywrap #letsgo

Talent Acquisition @ CMT | Connecting with professionals in tech who share our mission in making the world's roads safer for everyone
Over the past couple of weeks, I have found myself reflecting a lot on gratitude – appreciating what I have and the aspects of my life that make me feel so fortunate. I am lucky to be able to say my list is long. This sentiment tied in perfectly during our company-wide meeting last week where our CEO, William V. Powers, shared his thoughts about people just being nicer this time of year. This left me thinking about why this is, why we couldn’t carry this all year long, and the importance of practicing gratitude – not just in summary of the year, but as often as possible. I kept thinking about this later in the day when we got together for our holiday party. I had the chance to connect with both new and seasoned members of our team – I love these conversations, especially from the perspective of my role in the company. It is a great time to catch up with team members I have helped bring into the company and hear all about the amazing work they are doing as they continue to further integrate into CMT. In one such conversation with a recently hired team member and another who joined over a year ago, one consistent sentiment stood out that seems to permeate across our organization. Whether you're a seasoned member or a more recent addition to our team, a genuine willingness to help where no one is too busy to assist through a problem or question, a friendly and welcoming energy, and an approachable atmosphere are all intrinsic to the culture we have built at CMT. As we go about our day-to-day, it’s easy to forget or take these aspects for granted, so I was incredibly grateful for this conversation and the reminder it brought with it. I take so much pride in working at CMT, and when I reflect on gratitude, it is one of the first items on my list. I haven't worked at many companies, but it doesn't take much to see that this place is special. We've created an environment where everyone, regardless of how long they've been here, shares the same passion for what we're doing. That's something unique. If you're thinking about a job change in the new year and want to work with genuinely nice people who are passionate about what they do and working on some really cool stuff, come check out Cambridge Mobile Telematics. It's not just a holiday thing here – it's how we roll all year round. https://lnkd.in/ezV5S_UU

Welcome to a Year of Intention, Clarity, and True Purpose Happy New Year, everyone! As we step into this new chapter, I find myself embracing a fresh mindset, one that's more intentional, focused, and grounded in what truly matters. This year, for me, is about tuning out the noise and distractions that so often cloud our vision. It's about being less reactive to the chaos of the world and more proactive in crafting a life that resonates with my deepest values and aspirations. I'm choosing strategic living, doing less of what drains me and more of what enriches me. Every action, every decision, will be made with a clear purpose, whether it's in personal development, nurturing family bonds, advancing in my career, or managing finances. It's time to focus on what genuinely impacts my life positively. The path ahead is uncertain, but that's the beauty of it. With a spirit of resilience and wisdom, I believe we can navigate through it safely and reach our desired destinations. This year is about narrowing down to what truly counts being content, appreciating the little joys, and viewing life through a lens of realism and ethical actions. It's not about competing with others or even with our past selves. It's about being genuinely busy with fulfilling our purpose and destiny. At the top of my list this year are self-care, gratitude, intentionality, commitment, dedication, and genuineness. These aren't just words; they're the pillars on which this year's journey will be built. I invite you to join me on this journey. Let's make this year one where we live not by chance, but by choice. A year where we celebrate our unique paths and support each other in our quests for a fulfilled life. Here's to a year of incredible growth, meaningful achievements, and heartfelt connections. Let's make it count! #NewYearNewFocus #IntentionalLiving #PurposeDrivenYear #Wellnessworkbench

Connecting top Audiology talent with excellent practices and businesses throughout the East of the USA & Canada to recruit fully qualified Audiologists.
Can you believe this year is half-way over already?😱 It feels like it was just yesterday we were all celebrating the start of a new year yelling "Happy New Year" 🎉 Whenever I get to this half-way mark I like to do a quick review of how I'm doing on my personal and professional goals, not to feel guilty if I'm not as far as I would've wanted to be, but to recognise where I can further add balance to completely smash the second half of the year out of the park🏌🏾 One thing I wanted to do this year is try something I've never done before, and one way I've done that so far is I successfully drove a boat out in the beautiful Vaal river! What a delightful and unforgettable experience this way! What ares some goals you set out for yourself at the beginning of this year and what are some things you're proud of yourself for achieving so far?? Lets celebrate together in the comments! ↓ #MidYearReview #ProgressReport #AchievementUnlocked #MilestoneReached #PersonalGoals #GoalSetting #PersonalGrowth

📌 Celebrating Week 3: Team Lure's rise to second place 🌟 We did it! Team Lure emerged as the proud runners-up in a fierce competition among the top 8 teams. This past week was a rollercoaster of creativity, challenges, and camaraderie, and we're excited to share our journey with you. Unity is strength, and this past week truly showcased the power of teamwork and collaboration. As Mattie Stepanek wisely said, "When there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved." This past week was undoubtedly our most testing yet. Bringing creative concepts to life is never easy, and there were moments when doubt, conflicts, and miscommunication threatened to overshadow our path. But here's the key – we didn't let it. We remained humble, always putting team support first, and this is what set us apart. 📢 Sharing our findings: We're super excited to showcase our briefing's findings next week to our client. The entire team has worked tirelessly, and we can't wait to present the results of our collective effort. This past week has truly been about rising together, and we're eager to share our success with you. 💪 In closing: This past week tested us, but it also made us stronger. We accepted the challenge, welcomed feedback, and, most importantly, stayed true to our values of teamwork and humility. It's these principles that propelled Team Lure to second place. Thank you for your unwavering support. We can't wait to see where the journey will take us. Stay tuned for more exciting updates! 🚀 #TeamLure #RisingTogether #SuccessStory
