In this clip from our latest webinar, Selector Principal Solution Architect John Heintz explains how the disparate data sources within FTTH networks present a common observability challenge for operators, requiring them to manually track dozens of dashboards. Selector solves this challenge by consolidating all configuration, metric, event, and log telemetry within a single place, providing a unified view of FTTH networks. Further, this consolidation enables advanced AI/ML-driven capabilities such as anomaly detection, event correlation, and root cause analysis. 💡 Learn more about the Selector's advancements within network operations by attending our next webinar, "The Future of IT Operations: AIOps in Action." It's great to read in the article by Sophia Fox-Sowell that the City of Atlanta will be leveraging AI technology for urban infrastructure management. By installing AI-enhanced devices on water line valves they will be able to detect breaks in the city’s aging pipes. This initiative comes in response to recent water main incidents that caused significant disruptions across the city. By integrating AI to monitor and maintain essential services, the city aims to detect issues early and accurately, preventing costly damage and ensuring the continuous delivery of services to residents and businesses. Early detection of problems means quicker responses, reduced costs, and a more resilient water system. #AI #PublicSafety #Infrastructure #Innovation #SmartCities https://lnkd.in/eyC86m8f
