The March Challenge - How did it go? On 1st March I posted a 30 day challenge. The intention was to test myself for posting, sleeping and new habit creation. 💥 Post daily in some way. 💥 Lights out at 10pm, 4 nights 💥 Scheduling the posts in advance How did I do? I did the 30 days of posting 🎉 Definitely improved the earlier to bed time Managed to get some advance scheduling into my routine. CONCLUSION: Setting a fresh intention focuses the mind in that particular direction. Even if you do not meet the specific measures, there is always movement forward in your desired path of improvement. Did you take up a March Challenge? If so how did you get on? What are you celebrating? What about an April one??? Ah lets leave it until next week 😂 Happy Easter 🐇
