Last week, we hosted David Turo, Beam Suntory’s CCO. First stop, Wisconsin. The objective was simple: immersion in the market dynamics and premiumization trends. While keeping a growth mindset, we set out to find: -Strategic Consistency: Are our programs aligned to brand goals and expectations? -Identifying Issues: Are there discrepancies with execution account-to-account? If so, why? -Performance optimization: What could we improve, adjust or enhance to increase performance? We met with our distributor partners, we actively listened to buyers, we saw consumer activations and we had a lot of fun along the way! Overall, our Team Wisconsin (led by Kim Hanson ) is top notch!
