Being a parent means being your kids' superhero every single day! Here's a list of what you can do to become a superhero to your kids Start the morning off with a quick run around the world, channeling your inner Flash to get the day started with a burst of energy! Take a polar swim with killer whales, just like Aquaman, because who needs coffee when you can dive into icy waters for an adrenaline rush? Cook up a storm for breakfast, channeling Superman's culinary skills to whip up a super-powered meal for your little heroes. Drive your kids to practice in the trusty Batmobile, making sure to stop a crime or two along the way—gotta keep the neighborhood safe! Be the rock the family needs, literally embodying the strength and resilience of the Thing from the Fantastic Four. Most importantly, just being there for your kids through thick and thin, because sometimes the greatest superpower is simply being present for the ones you love.

If you were a jellyfish, what sort would you be? There are so many quirky and inspiring names for jelly fish types: flowerhat, moon, lion's mane, box-in-a-box, immortal... Last week's Wordspill prompts had members creating their own jellyfish persona (what was their name, what did they look like, where did they live, what was their sting like, and why did they deploy it, those sorts of questions). And then they set their jellyfish self to work, advising on a problem/issue/area of stuckness. Thought this might be a fun way to start the week. What would your jellyfish name and personality be? 24th March, 2024 #StoryOfMyLife (1632) #IAmTheBest Prepared this easy peasy 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙖 𝙋𝙪𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 which was filling and satisfying as well. It satiates any hunger pangs and can be had as the last meal at 7pm. Prep method! Soak Chia Seeds overnight. The amount will depend on the number of servings. Place the soaked chia seeds in a container. Pour coconut milk. Add honey and vanilla extract. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. In the meanwhile, blend mango pieces to form a pulp and leave aside a few for the topping. Finally, layer chia seed mix and mango pulp. I think this might be my actual post on LinkedIn, but I wanted to share some stuff I've been able to shoot lately! If you don't know the channel JKNews, then I would say give their stuff a watch! There's a lot in there that someone who is a first-time viewer might not understand off the bat, but it almost makes you want to go back and find out where all the inside jokes come from.
