Made a quick trip 🛫 to Germany to work with the team at Feuerwear.de. We spent our time focusing on vision building - core for running and growing a business. Through thoughtful discussion, the team defined their winning aspiration to guide decisions ahead. They also made choices around their target market 🎯, competitive edge, and business model. Gaining clarity on who they serve, how they'll serve them, and what makes them stand out, all while staying true to their unique culture. This work will help the team align priorities and focus energy on the right activities in the coming years and next quarter. While vision building can sound lofty, they kept it grounded and actionable. They now have a North Star to guide decisions and unite the team.
