First experimentation with #tyFlow's integrated #tyDiffusion options inside #3dsmax. The possibilities for art direction via setting up a 3D scene and then feeding the #StableDiffusion model results on top of it are exciting. Especially for quick look and concept development. The idea of giving up a certain amount of control over the look of the resulting image still has a fart of unsatisfaction about it, but each of the shots on display here were structured with actual 3D models, particle simulations, and framed via a camera I placed. So that helps the results feel a bit more "mine," and the loss of control even starts to feel thrilling after a while!

I was asked about how well Simulon works for automotive visualization. Using a pre-existing 3D model, creating and rendering a video like this takes just a few minutes. For ultra-detailed reflections, 3D artists might prefer replacing the ML-generated HDRI with a high-resolution one captured manually, which we've made very simple to do.
