Recently I got interested in the contemporary trends with Customer Experience, i.e. how it is changing and what is the latest and greatest with CX. Forrester, for example, noticed the serious decline in CX, and among the most important factors leading to it sited the lack of seamless experiences and disappointing digital CX with chatbots. Seems that customer loyalty augmented with hyperpesonalization and well-tempered augmentation of CX with AI are among the trends for 2025. Do you think this is not practical?
