We offer two purity grades of high purity scandium target, the conventional 99.9% grade scandium target directly made by electrolytic process, other rare earth elements content below 0.1%. Another more expensive grade of scandium has a better purity, and depending on the electrolyte grade, an additional distillation purification process is applied to obtain a purity of 99.99%.
