A company gets certification for Great Place to Work. But how it got is not mentioned. Which kind of questions were asked? Do the people working are able to understand the same or not is a question. Also if the questions are framed in such a way and their options are in such a way that it will get the threshold percentage or percentile based on which Great Place to Work is given. Actually, if anyone wants to know the reality, feedback to be taken on role wise / profile wise and most importantly, the MD or CEO or Senior or surveyors should visit the location in disguise to understand the reality and the questions to be asked in regional language and to be asked naturally and not to be framed ones. Then the reality will be understood.
