Running a 'Boosting Visibility and Confidence' Masterclass for Microsoft Women this morning, I was reminded of the ongoing difficulty many of us (myself included) have with asking for what we want/ need. I notice that it's considerably easier when we ask with non-attachment; without the expectation of a specific result. So... here's me asking for what I need, without attachment. Thrilled to share about yesterday's roundtable event, bringing together senior leaders in digital transformation, talent acquisition and change management. It was incredibly rewarding to see everything come together so seamlessly. In the lead-up to the event, I had the opportunity to speak with each of the leaders joining us to understand their key discussion points and areas of interest. Despite coming from a variety of different sectors, it was fascinating to discover how similar the challenges are facing each industry. This cross-sector dialogue was exactly what we aimed to achieve, and the insights shared were truly invaluable.
