The Consumer Duty sets a higher standard of consumer protection in financial services. Watch Sheldon Mills and Kate Tuckley outline why the Duty matters and how they expect to see: ✅ Firms proactive in delivering good outcomes ✅ Increased customer trust and loyalty ✅ The opportunity to innovate with less need for new rules #ConsumerDuty #FinancialServices #data #innovation #ConsumerProtection
Improved consumer protections and ensuring the fair treatment of vulnerable customers 👍
What about FCA helping firms get paid by delinquent customers who simply wont pay... The mountain of FCA red tape leaves reduced time to actually do business.
Sheldon Mills would love to share my 7 year experience with you supporting a deaf vulnerable consumer!!! Shall we say not a good one
Insightful! We’ve always tried to adopt a caring duty to our clients. It’s how we roll to be honest.
Really useful short video, thank you.
Sadly, FCA is allowing criminals to operate asset thefts in the likes of Lloyds BSU, RBS GRG
Kate Tuckley Caitlin McNulty-Senior great to see two of my favourite ladies promoting this important piece of new regulation 🙌
Great little video.

1moThe Consumer Duty is pretty useless and like much of what the FCA regulate is not enforced. It's just words on paper. The UK banks treat people very poorly and the Consumer Duty has changed nothing. The UK financial institutions have changed nothing and FCA have no teeth or appetite to take the banks to task when issues are raised. This type of advert on LinkedIn is just a sabre rattling exercise. The FCA would do far better as a political party. All mouth and zero action!
