Organizations (government, contractors, etc.) assume that you won't think to appeal for the release of documents that don't exist. I mean, why would you? After all...they don't exist! I did file an appeal and then PalmettoGBA/CMS 'found' 799 pages of documents related to audit MTN 685838 (which included the page attached below). Start at bottom.
