Buyer's remorse happens after you buy that shiny new car, without due diligence. Your reality was an objection, and your expectations were draped in a big red bow under showroom lights. Cognitive dissonance is a wolf dressed in sheep's clothing and "good" salespeople's' closest ally. I consistently meet with business owners who don't understand what they are paying, why the engine won't start and can't get in touch with the service team. It's unfortunate because a partnership with a PEO is extremely advantageous for small-med sized businesses and bad actors can ruin the whole lot. I am thankful for my leadership because I am not bound by high quarterly quotas, high pressure sales nor snaky sales tactics. Our purpose is to serve, which comes through transparency and consistent communication. Our commitment is to leave you in a better position, regardless if we end up partnering or not.
