Today, let's talk about the link between religion and war. Many believe that religious differences are the root cause of conflicts between nations. However, upon analyzing recent wars or cold wars including Israel-Hamas, Russia-Ukraine, India-Pakistan, China-America, China-Taiwan, and China-India, it becomes clear that the major reason for war is simply a power game. Greed, jealousy, foolishness, and ego of some politicians are the driving forces behind these wars, not religious differences. It's important to understand the true motivations behind conflicts to find a path towards peace. #politics #war #religion #peace

First things first - #FreePalestine - For those who don’t read beyond the first line, you can stop here - #FreePalestine and that’s it. Then the ifs and buts. I stand with Palestine - My stand, despite what my name and background might suggest, does not come from a religious place, as anyone who knows me personally will tell you. The Palestinian cause should transcend religion, the same way the South African cause in the Apartheid era or the Black American cause during civil rights should have transcended race. South Africa’s apartheid, not coincidentally, was supported by the same systems of oppression that denies Palestinians their humanity now. The African National Congress was condemned as a terrorist organisation by the governments of the United States, and the United Kingdom. ANC’s leader himself - the greatest Nelson Mandela - and Martin Luther King were both labelled terrorists and enemies of the state. This narrative and bias that always favours the oppressor, and calls the oppressed a terrorist, is not a coincidence. The media that counts every death from the oppressor, while bulks thousands of brown lives as one rough aggregated statistic is not a coincidence. This mentality that considers segregating, building walls, rewriting history and drawing random borders to be civilised lawful acts, while fighting and resisting those walls to be barbarism - All of these are not a coincidence. This is colonialism 101 - so no wonder that the narrative in the western colonial world favours colonialism and occupation. The parallels with the narratives around other freedom fights in the world should be clear, and so are the parallels between Palestinian suffering, and the suffering of Blacks, refugees, minorities, and even Jewish people in the last century. The parallels are also clear with the western colonial arrogance and how they fought - and lost - every liberation movement in the world refusing to give concessions and seek peace when they had the upper hand, thinking that they can survive only by force. It took a million Algerian lives for them to realise it’s a lost battle, and I sure hope it won’t come to that in Palestine. But .. Does fighting the “system” justify the killing of thousands of young lives? No, nothing should. Because after all, you don’t choose what religion or place you’re born into. It is hypocritical though to stand with the young lives of one side and not the other, it is hypocritical to ignore the disproportionate number of deaths for the last decade and cry foul about last week only (and "keep politics out of work"), and it is hypocritical to point the finger towards the “reactions” and not point it to the “actions” of systematic oppression that brought violence and suffering to all sides in the first place. The biggest hypocrisy of all though is for you - as the oppressor - to believe that you get to decide how the oppressed should fight for their freedom. No, not anymore.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗺 As we delve into the persistence of extremism, the chain of questions intensifies. Why do these extremists continue their futile battles against Israel, despite the odds stacked against them? Is there a deeper motivation, or are they simply prisoners of their own misguided beliefs? Examining the historical context, we find that the conflicts have deep roots, entangled with political, religious, and cultural complexities. The battle is not merely physical; it's a clash of ideologies and historical grievances that demand our attention and understanding. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗶𝗻𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 The elusive influence of Jinns continues to cast a shadow over the narrative. Whispers guiding extremists down a destructive path, leading them to repeat history's mistakes. Are they pawns in a supernatural game, or is this influence a manifestation of their own fears and insecurities? Exploring the Jinn influence unveils a psychological dimension to the conflicts. Fear, misinformation, and manipulation contribute to the perpetuation of violence. It's a battle not just on the ground but also within the minds of those caught in the cycle of extremism. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Accusations of genocide against Israel echo through the international arena. But is this portrayal accurate, or are there deeper truths obscured by the fog of propaganda? Examining the growth of the Palestinian population challenges the narrative, prompting us to question the veracity of the accusations. Human shields, a painful tactic used in conflicts, further blurs the lines between victim and aggressor. As we navigate through these complex issues, it becomes crucial to discern reality from manipulation and build a foundation for genuine dialogue and understanding. 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻 The question of whether extremists truly represent Islam or have strayed into a corrupted interpretation remains at the forefront. Is their extremism a result of distorted religious teachings, or are they driven by political motives disguised as religious fervour? In separating the actions of extremists from the core tenets of Islam, we find an opportunity for Muslims worldwide to reclaim their faith from the clutches of extremism. It's a call for introspection and a commitment to promoting a message of peace within the Islamic community. 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 Amidst the chaos, paths to peace emerge. Understanding, dialogue, and cooperation become beacons of hope. Initiatives that bridge divides, foster cultural exchange, and promote education offer a way forward. Can we envision a future where coexistence triumphs over conflict?

What is needed is an immediate ceasefire and humanitarian aid, followed by non-violent interaction as equals between the more moderate parts of the populations. This will lead to mutual understanding and empathy and will exchange fear for trust. It is the only path to sustainable peace and solving the conflict forever. Radicals will be speechless.
