🫖☕ I thought today we could all do with a reminder of this year's theme. 🥳🍾In the last 3 years, we have seen more promotions, job moves, and career enhancement of females in financial crime, than I have ever seen. 🔑 The KEY change? Flexible working is expected, not begged for anymore. Women don't feel bound to stay in roles "which have great flexibility so it's good for the family". or "My boss lets me leave early to get the kids" Women are getting to chose roles based on what they want to do, not how they can do it around their family. If you're posting about International Women's Day, and don't offer hybrid working... Get in the bin.
