Many providers on Headway's platform are licensed to deliver care in more than one state, which is why we enable multi-state credentialing. We make it simple for clinicians to get credentialed with every available Headway plan across state lines — ultimately helping them to consolidate their caseloads, provide continuity of care and reach more patients.
I just joined Headway and am licensed in 5 states. However, the system will only allow me to get credentialed in two states. I have contacted support many times but am still waiting for an accurate answer. I get answers like "Clear your cache." If your version of multi-state credentialing is at most two states, please be clear upfront. It looks like I need to find another platform.
