Ideal candidate has been in I-banking/ECM or similar role. Candidate will be responsible for sourcing and identifying organic deal flow within the sectors mentioned. This PM will utilize the firms capital - managing their own sleeve of capital on their own with guidance from the CEO/founder (amount TBD). This firm has been around for over 20 years and has had outstanding performance. They provide flexible capital solutions to micro-cap and small-cap companies to accelerate growth opportunities. This is not your typical L/S equity fund - rather a fund that does almost 100% deals.
