Can You Really Find Patents Using Just Movie Quotes? Last week, my good partner Patrick Liu demonstrated using very simple Chinese sentences to find patents related to LG Electronics's transparent display launched this year to test our new generation AI patent search system under development. It made me wonder, what if I mess around a bit and see if using movie quotes could retrieve relevant patents? 😈 I thought of the 007 movie Skyfall (2012), where Q meets Bond in the National Portrait Gallery and introduces a series of gadgets and weapons. After taking out a box containing a gun, Q says: 🎞 This is your new Walther PPK/S, 9mm short. It's been coded to your palm print so only you can fire it.
