Rise of the finfluencer? 📱💸 The FCA continue to see an increase in the number of influencers on social media promoting financial, investment and credit products on behalf of unauthorised third parties. Often targeted to younger age groups, the trend has created a new subcategory of influencer, dubbed the "finfluencer". In a bid to tackle illegal promotions, the FCA has teamed up with the Advertising Standards Agency.
