What does an inspiring and energising 2 days look like for me?   60 of HSBC Commercial Banking's senior leaders, investing time in going back to university at Imperial College Business School to build the Sustainability leadership skills required to shape the future of banking and help lead our transition to #netzero.     Delegates were immersed in a combination of thought leadership from the faculty at Imperial College Business School, interaction with client stories, introspection, reflection, and candid debate from our leaders on the complexities of the transition to #netzero. The learnings from the two days will equip our leaders with the knowledge, tools and mindset to: · Lead innovation to develop long term and novel propositions and solutions for our clients. · Exercise a systems-thinking approach to managing the complexity that we all need to navigate. · Mobilise their teams, at scale, behind our clients’ sustainability outcomes.   For further inspiration, we visited the Science Museum, London and were joined by a cohort of our London based graduates who provided a fresh perspective on Sustainability.
