Inspiring you to think differently🪞🪞🐆 Vice President, Booking.com/ Speaker/ Author

I suck at gardening but raking up leaves was actually quite therapeutic. Great to reflect. Comparisons to others are everywhere, but why are we so quick to assume things are better elsewhere, that we don’t have enough, or they we or our predicament is somehow inferior to others? I am a terrible gardener, I don’t water my grass enough, (another great analogy) but I was surprised just how much pristine green grass I uncovered in simply raking up the leaves. The parallels, with clearing out our own personal or career cupboards and getting a fresh perspective are so easy to see. Most likely under many of the façades we carry around, is pristine perfect quality, good enough ‘green grass’ underneath. All you need to do is find time to reveal it. So next time you think that the grass is greener, pause and get those ‘gardening’ tools out! Autumn is hereb, why not give it a try? Good luck. #jealousy #comparison #selfesteem #selfbelief #personaldevelopment #careergrowth #mondaymotivation
