The world can feel like a big scary place at the moment. There is a lot of fear. It’s ok to have a rest from the news. It’s ok to not talk about things for a while. It’s ok to allow yourself to be appreciate and grateful of where you are and what you DO have. It’s ok for you to focus on other things. It doesn’t mean you don’t care. Worry, anger, feeling hopeless never solves anything. The better you allow yourself to feel, helps you, helps everyone. Three really simple actions you can take right now 1. Stop consuming the news 2. Stop talking about and focusing on all the struggles 3. Start focusing on what you appreciate and what you have to be grateful for And as a bonus: go for a walk :-) Fiona xxx
