Another addition in the field of bioinformatics 👩💻😃✨️ Thrilled to share my second part in first tutorial in bioinformatic diploma led by supervisor Karim EL Hawary , the second part was a continuation of what we took in the first part, which is making sequence alignment in different organism by using #dotlet_js tool. Dotlet is a JavaScript-based tool used for visualizing sequence alignments in bioinformatics. It employs dot plots to compare two sequences, allowing users to easily identify regions of similarity or alignment between the sequences. Dotlet is interactive and provides a graphical representation that aids in the analysis of DNA, RNA, or protein sequences. We also used different software to make MSA "multiple sequence alignment" such as #MUSCLE:A software tool for creating multiple sequence alignments, known for its speed and accuracy. #MAFFT:A fast and efficient program for multiple sequence alignment, suitable for handling large datasets. #Clustal:A widely-used tool for multiple sequence alignment, available in Versions like ClustalW and Clustal Omega, known for its progressive alignment method. Many thanks dr Karim EL Hawary for your assistance to us always and all the time♥️. #bioinformatics #biotechnology #biology_integrated_to_programming
