Former President Trump and presidential candidate, friends, and Secret Service personnel are SAFE from a shooting near they were golfing. Gunshots were fired outside where Trump was golfing with friend Steve Witkoff at the Trump International Golf Course in West Palm Beach (in a residential neighborhood). This comes two months after Trump was shot at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Sean Hannity has spoken to the president and Witkoff several times since then. Straight from the source details in this report below. Summarized from Hannity: Within seconds, the Secret Service pounced on the former president, covering him immediately when the rifle shots were heard. Snipers went to tripods and had eyes on the direction/location where shots were fired from. The gun has been found - an AK-47. Thanks to Secret Service drone video coverage they were able to identify one individual involved in this shooting getting into a car after dropping the AK-47. Hannity's understanding is - that car has been identified and he believes it's been surrounded by law enforcement. Whether or not that person has been apprehended - Hannity did not know. Time frame estimated at less than a half hour between the shooting and when SS and police identified the car. Trump's first questions, concerns were the whereabouts of his golfing buddy Witkoff (he could not see him in the crowd around him) and that everyone else was safe. He also praised the Secret Service and all involved. Too close for comfort: Hannity brings up a salient point going forward that any president, former president or government official requiring Secret Service - that a perimeter equal to the longest rifle range should be scoped out, monitored, when the president is in public. One early report says two people were shooting at each other outside the course. We don't have all the details - more forthcoming. What has happened to this country? There’s an interesting post on Reddit claiming that he was attempting unapproved and unaffiliated recruiting for the Ukraine Foreign Legion. I’m curious what possible connections this guy will show over the course of the investigation: https://lnkd.in/d33H8mfQ If you see news about Ryan Routh who allegedly attempted to assassinate Trump, you may see that he was a recruiter for the International Legion of Ukraine. This is NOT true. He was not a member of the military and had no authority to recruit. Please correct misinformation when you see it. This is breaking news and it’s 3 AM here in Ukraine so apologies that this is brief. There was another assassination attempt against Trump. The alleged shooter is Ryan Routh, an American who has previously been in Ukraine. You may see reports that he was a recruiter for the International Legion or served in Ukraine’s military in some capacity. This is not true. He was not a recruiter nor did he serve in the military in any capacity. He did attempt to get foreign fighters to come to Ukraine, especially those from Afghanistan. However he did so without any authority or permission to do so. Random civilians can’t recruit for the International Legion; they have recruiters in the Legion who do that job. How do I know this? While I’ve never interacted with him I have known the name a long time and been warned to avoid him. In addition because Protect a Volunteer handles flights for many legionnaires we have a lot of contact with recruiters to verify who needs a flight. Even before today recruiters had told me that he is not a real recruiter and had no affiliation with the ILDU. I post this so that if you see this misinformation, you can correct it. It is not Ukraine’s choice that this person forcefully affiliated himself with Ukraine.
