Insights include:   • 80% of benefit leaders have seen healthcare costs rise, with large employers experiencing the biggest increases. • Despite believing their workforce is healthy, 40% of employers have noticed higher sick day and medical leave usage. • Most employers are trying to control costs, but only 30% feel confident they can continue affording coverage.   These insights highlight the importance of proactive strategies, like conducting annual Health Risk Assessment campaigns.
