A HUGE Thank You to MHBS Real Estate Advisory Board Member Malcolm Butters, President of Butters Group. 20 members of our Real Estate Finance Association got an inside look at the creation of First Industrial Realty Trust's new 126 acre development in Medley that is being built by Butters. The project is massive, half a million square feet when finished, and the students met Chris Wilson from First Industrial and Marien de Tullio, a tenant, so they could see the full cycle of the project.
