DATAVERSITY's Data Governance and Information Quality (DGIQ) conference continues today with more educational topics and networking! Yesterday, in one of the afternoon talks, FSFP's Kelle O'Neal and Christine Haskell, Ph.D. (pictured here) co-presented the Contemplating Governance in the AI Era session. This afternoon for DGIQ's closing keynote session, FSFP's Becky Lyons joins Beth Myers, Ph.D. (University of Colorado) for the Help Us Help You: Engaging Executive Sponsors from the Sponsor’s Perspective presentation. You can find more information about these sessions here: – Contemplate Governance: https://lnkd.in/gqeusZDJ – Executive Sponsor Engagement: https://lnkd.in/gTdpm-y7 #datagovernance #dataquality #informationquality #AI #artificialintelligence #csuite #cto #cio #cdo #dgiq
The conversation with Christine Haskell, Ph.D. was so much fun and a learning process from the development of the content through to the conference session itself. Everyone should buy her book, Driving Data Projects! Can't wait to hear about the closing keynote with Becky Lyons' and Beth Myers, Ph.D.! Such an important topic.
Kelle O'Neal Always enlightening with Kelly's presence!!!
Loving the "In my AI era" shirts!
Great job Team FSFP! Amazing the number of attendees who appreciated learning more about what the AI revolution might mean to their organizations data programs. Its amazing to see what Gen AI is capable of. There is now doubt that Gen AI has kick started a wave of innovation. Equally important will be helping organizations understand how, where and why they need to embrace AI and how to govern it. Data is still the most important ingredient and the technology will perform to the quality of data that goes into it. Lots of work to do lets get busy.
